MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PARIWISATA BERBASIS MASYARAKAT PADA OBJEK WISATA DI BENDUNGAN CIKUNTEN CEURI DESA JAYARATU

Abstract

Tourism is one of the economic developments that has contributed to people's lives economically and socially, both of which affect UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) as an influence on the unity of their residence. At the Bendungan Cikunten Ceuri tourist attraction, Jayaratu Village, the arrangement of tourist areas is still often seen not following the technical methods of spatial planning, for example, there is limited support for supporting facilities and infrastructure with the addition of a coordination pattern that is not fully good in the management of this tourist attraction because community-based communities are also a problem that is quite crucial and needs attention so that it raises the impact on efforts to attract tourism itself. Seeing the above limitations on the tourist attraction at Bendungan Cikunten Ceuri, Jayaratu Village, the local community took the initiative with the local government as well as the Pekerjaan Umum (PU) agency to be able to make various improvements, still management development has been carried out, one of the main factors of obstacles in the coordination pattern is Community-Based Human Resource Management in managing Tourism Objects.
