IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP 5A PADA STRATEGI PENINGKATAN JUMLAH KUNJUNGAN WISATAWAN PASCA PANDEMIC CORONAVIRUS DESEASE (COVID-19): STUDI KASUS DI TWA. GUNUNG TANGKUBAN PERAHU

Pemulihan suatu kawasan wisata tidak terlepas dari peran stakeholders di dalamnya baik dari pemerintah, swasta, maupun masyarakat. Suatu kawasan wisata membutuhkan keterlibatan semua pihak yang dinaungi oleh suatu lembaga pengelolaan baik berupa komunitas, kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis) ataupun berbadan hukum. Perkembangan yang baik dari suatu kawasan wisata dapat ditandai dengan strategi pemulihan pasca pandemi Coronavirus desease 19 (Covid-19) dengan adanya peningkatan angka baik dalam jumlah pengunjung, pendapatan, dan lainnya. Seperti halnya di Taman Wisata Alam Gunung Tangkuban Perahu, pihak pengelola perlu melakukan strategi pemulihan, berdasarkan komponen 5A dalam pariwisata sehingga dapat menaikan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Adapun data, berasal dari hasil wawancara dan observasi langsung ke tempat penelitian serta tinjauan pustaka. Strategi pengembangan TWA Gunung Tangkuban Perahu adalah memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman dengan protokol kesehatan yang memadai. Selain itu saat ini TWA Gunung Tangkuban Perahu memiliki spot baru yaitu sebagai sarana yang dapat digunan oleh wisatawan dalam mengabadikan kunjungan tanpa ada biaya tambahan. Strategi yang di lakukan oleh pengelola TWA Gunung Tangkuban Perahu sudah baik, apalagi jika pengelola dapat menjaga kebersihan fasiitas yang ada, berkolaborasi dengan pihak media untuk mempromosikan daya tarik wisata. Penerapan strategi ini diharapkan optimal apabila masing-masing stakeholder mempunyai peran yang berimbang sesuai dengan bidangnya.
